For digital products, orders cannot usually be cancelled once the product has been delivered or downloaded.

For services such as graphic design, video editing, branding, or website design:

  • Cancellation before project start may be eligible for partial/full refund.
  • Cancellation after work has started may not be eligible for refund.

Custom project cancellation requests must be submitted through official communication channels.
