We provide digital products and creative services including video editing assets, sound effects, transitions, presets, templates, graphic design, video editing, and website design services.

Since digital products are delivered instantly after purchase, all sales are generally final and non-refundable.

Refunds may only be provided if:

  • Wrong product was delivered
  • File is corrupted or inaccessible
  • Duplicate payment was made
  • Product was not delivered successfully

Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase with valid proof of payment.

Non-Refundable Situations:

  • Change of mind
  • Accidental purchase
  • Lack of software knowledge
  • Compatibility issues already mentioned in the product description

For service-based projects, advance payments are non-refundable once the work has started.
